I saw Elizabeth Sinclair for my annual and she provided thoughtful, thorough care. Diana, who took care of my bloodwork, was wonderful as well. Front desk staff was organized, and the waiting area was clean...I couldn't have asked for a better first experience!

I’ve been a one medical customer since they launched in NYC. Third avenue and 39 was my first office. Let’s start with the good….this office is perfect in terms of aesthetic. The front desk staff are helpful. Doctors are helpful and positive. I’ve never had to wait long. The less good…wait times for appointments have blown up since the Amazon takeover. When you get bloods or any other testing it takes so long for them to read your results and let you know the outcome. This has significantly worsened since pre-Amazon. One o... read more

Terrible. Asked for lab work in the app. When arrived, I was told the tech was busy and didn’t want to see me. What is the point of paying for concierge service (OneMedical’s term) if you’ll be refused service for the thing you specifically requested? Will be canceling my subscription. Member for the last 7 years.

Timely appointment, clean office. Was treated with respect and listened to very well, able to pre fill the forms and everything in advance, makes me want to stick to all my regular appointments!
