Dr. Bachan was patient and listened to all my concerns. When I expressed concerns regarding a possible blood clot, he was attentive and got me the help I needed urgently. Office is clean and the staff is warm. Highly recommend.
Dr.Bachan is very friendly and informative while being very professional. He allows you to ask as many questions as you need and tried very hard to answer them all in as simple language so you can understand fully. His nurses are efficient while being friendly. His front desk personnel are friendly and professional. Only problem ever incurred was during the up dating of a new system software system , when it took far longer than usual to book a follow up visit and pay for my current visit.
Referred to Dr. Bachan by my attending Internist at the hospital. The Assistants and Receptionist are caring and definitely do their best to see that you GET your labs done! Dr. Bachan takes his time to explain what results mean what comes next.
Today, Nurse Hodge appeared to be working alone but did an awesome job. We started the second half of chemotherapy. Hodge worked both half of the room with an occasional help from Tinisha. Nurse Hodge was focused and calm.😌
