The best of the best! If I could give more stars, I would. I truly appreciate the kindness this office shows to their patients . From the moment I walked in, the office manager was so sweet and welcoming .The medical assistant was also very kind and patient. The nurse practitioner that I saw, Gina Sereti , was amazing - she took her time with me and listened carefully to my concerns. I never felt rushed and she made me feel very comfortable . I truly appreciate the level of care provided. Highly recommend!!
I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Gina, who was professional and attentive during my visit. She took the time to review my concerns and lab results thoroughly. I especially want to highlight the office staff — they were welcoming, organized, and very efficient from check-in to scheduling follow-up appointments. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the care provided by the team.
Had my 1st visit in Brooklyn last week. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful - Stella, Laura, Ezra & PA, Gina. I was quite anxious about my visit as I was experiencing some frightening symptoms. They all made me feel so relaxed & well taken care of. Because of the excellent service I received I will continue to travel from Staten Island to this office.
Very good experience, Laura is fantastic, Dr Teddy is very caring and great to talk to. Gina also very good keep you on track with your health.
