Amazing practice from the time you walk through the door and are greeted by one of the most dynamic individuals, named Laura to the whole staff. Gina Sereti really listened to me and I felt her competence in working with me. Actually, every single staff member I met treated me with patience and professionalism. I don't think I can say enough wonderful things about this experience.

I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Gina, who was professional and attentive during my visit. She took the time to review my concerns and lab results thoroughly. I especially want to highlight the office staff — they were welcoming, organized, and very efficient from check-in to scheduling follow-up appointments. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the care provided by the team.
Had my 1st visit in Brooklyn last week. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful - Stella, Laura, Ezra & PA, Gina. I was quite anxious about my visit as I was experiencing some frightening symptoms. They all made me feel so relaxed & well taken care of. Because of the excellent service I received I will continue to travel from Staten Island to this office.
Very good experience, Laura is fantastic, Dr Teddy is very caring and great to talk to. Gina also very good keep you on track with your health.
