Wonderful staff! I don’t remember everyone’s name but overall my first was great. I was greeted with such enthusiasm by Laura (receptionist). The check in was seamless. Laura was able to retrieve needed info from the Leap app (which I was prompted to download way before my appointment). The nurse assistant was kind explaining everything as she went along. As someone who has seen a lot of doctors in and around NYC, it’s a rare experience to be treated like a human at a doctor office. My experience at the Manhattan location on 38th Street was wonderful. I was treated so nicely by the staff - Laura, the office manager was so nice and personable and made me feel comfortable on my first visit and NP Rosanne. I’m excited to find a practice that cares, listens, and doesn’t rush me out in 5 minutes.
Friendly staff, George and Laura ate terrific at the reception desk. Roseann and Julie are caring and attentive nurses. Been going there for 3+ years and I’m very satisfied.
My provider is amazing. They work with you; true patient centered care. I will always recommend this practice.
Incredibly professional staff like Dr. Jeanne have become very close to my heart for their dedication and patience . Dr M’s cheery disposition encourages me with hope to cope with this ailment.
