If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went in for an easy check to see if what I had was a hemorrhoid... And not only did the "doctor" not fully check, she claimed she was almost certain it wasn't... Well the gastro specialist I had to go waste my money on confirmed that in fact, it WAS just a hemorrhoid so time, money, and worry wasted yeah you can keep your "care" no thanks 👍
Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. His staff is also kind and tries to address any concerns. The MA, Asma, is excellent with finding difficult veins for blood draws. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Excellent experience - had an appointment, no wait time. Doctor and nurse practitioner very attentive, helpful and kind. We were there for emergency room follow up and made another appointment on the way out. Everything that I need from a doctor - timeliness, advice and consultation with kind bedside manner they delivered on.
My visit to Family Practice in Palatine was very pleasant. After being greeted and checked in by the very competent and nice receptionist, I was brought in and my vitals were taken by Timothy. Afterward, doctor’s assistant Gabriela took my information regarding my visit. After that, I saw Dr. Mir Ale, who gave his diagnosis. It all went smoothly and I was soon on my way. All very pleasant.
What a Fantastic clinical team and blood draw experience I had… Precise, perfect, and helpful as they listened to all my concerns as well as in providing responses! FNP S Faiz was amazing as well as her assistant! I work in healthcare at numerous outpatient care centers, but nothing compares to Dr M Ali & Dr P Decillo’s and S Faiz office and clinical team- they are experts and a phenomenal patient focused team.
