What a Fantastic clinical team and blood draw experience I had… Precise, perfect, and helpful as they listened to all my concerns as well as in providing responses! FNP S Faiz was amazing as well as her assistant! I work in healthcare at numerous outpatient care centers, but nothing compares to Dr M Ali & Dr P Decillo’s and S Faiz office and clinical team- they are experts and a phenomenal patient focused team. I had a good visit as a new patient for annual physical — front office, technician, nurse, doctor, everyone was kind, positive and efficient. I love the setting— intake, blood draw and appointment all in the same room. I like it more than in bigger hospital systems where you change room or even floor to get through one physical exam. The only thing I didn’t like is that the location seems to be understaffed— I’m impressed by how everyone there operated efficiently given the situation.
Phenomenal service. I can’t stress this enough. I brought my son in for an injury that had occurred at school. The nurses there were so kind and explained the situation and how they were going to help us. Then the radiographer came in and examined my son’s foot. He had such a bubbly and expressive personality and was amazing overall. Even when me and my husband had difficulty understanding, the radiographer explained it to us in a way we could understand. Dr. Ali and his team give the best care. He has been my Dr and my family Dr. for over 10 years. He spends time with every patient and works with you on your plan of care. He is amazing!
I’ve been coming to this practice for several years now, and Dr. Mir Ali is truly the best. He’s kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. I’ve never had a single complaint—until now. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front desk was disappointing. I had a 12:15 PM appointment and arrived early at 12:05. No one was at the front desk, so I rang the bell twice.
