Recommendedcame in for a 12:30 appointment and didn’t leave till 1:50. Your MA wearing mismatching scrubs took my vitals on a sticky note that is unacceptable and unprofessional as well as the blood on the floor in my room. That is a hazardous serious issue. I will be reporting you to the Illinois health and safety auditors that is not okay! I came in and explained 4 times that my symtpoms were being treated at home I just needed a note clearing me for work. DO NOT COME HERE! I made a 11:45 appointment ITS 4:00! I’ve been waiting here FOUR HOURS I was fine waiting hours to see the doctor but once I see her SHES RUDE AS RUDE CAN BE! I completely understand how stressful it is because of new Covid cases but, that does not give her an excuse to come into the room and be rude and nasty to me after I’ve been waiting hours to see her. My wife and I went into the immediate care last week and had a horrible experience. When we checked in, we were told it’s a 45 mins wait. Then they made us take a Covid test and after 40mins, we were the wait time is 2 hours. Whatz immediate about a care provided after 3 hours? Atrocious.. We left that facility and went to Edward Elmhurst immediate care and gotten taken care of within 10mins. I would not at all recommend this practice at all.
Worse service ever. Scheduled an appointment for 3pm. Still waiting at 4:23. Was told they were waiting on the doctor to arrive. About ready to bolt and dispute the charge. Don’t come here. CVS has to be better.
Not the best experience.Would like to follow-up with someone ABOVE the doctor about my care.
