Awesome support staff that ALWAYS make you feel welcome with a courteous and professional attitude. Dr. Scarupa is very caring and patient focused. He listens to my concerns and thoroughly addresses each one. He ensures that I totally understand my treatment plan as well as my medication. He is very knowledgeable in his field and truly dedicated to his profession. I appreciate the character of his being.
Great front desk staff, experienced phlebotomists, and Dr. Crank is absolutely excellent. She is informative, intelligent, caring, and specific with her health plan for our family's needs. Appointments don't take forever to schedule and it's nice to have options when making an appointment.
Every aspect of this medical practice is outstanding. The facility, itself, is well maintained and very well organized. The staff are all excellent. The receptionists are welcoming and quite competent. The nurses and other assistants are friendly, courteous and very professional. And Dr. Ward is pleasant, very attentive and just an excellent physician.
Returning patient here, back after a 16-month break. It is such a relief to work with Dr. Li and the staff again. Dr. Li has always been extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, an excellent listener, honest with me, and willing to untangle my sometimes complex medical issues. The whole staff is kind, efficient, and very good at their jobs. I'm very grateful to have them all in my life again.
Great practice. Everyone is courteous, nice and knowledgeable from the front desk assistants to nurses, and doctors. My favorite is Dr. Paula Mohyi. She takes the time to listen, has an associative thinking and develops an excellent treatment plan.
