Dr. Ayer’s-Cole is very easy to talk to and has a warm and easy-going personality. I see her as my hematologist as well as my weight loss doctor. Dr. Ayer has been my hematologist since I transitioned from pediatrics, almost 20years. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to address your concerns. For example, she read studies to me regarding my concerns. She also assured me that she would continue to research the topic so we could make the best decision for my health. I have the pleasure of having Dr Ayer over see my care. I have felt very secure and confident knowing that she has been able to address my health issues. She has extended herself above and beyond my expectations. She has shown impeccable professionalism, empathy, expertise and attentiveness. She is an excellent physician who not only demonstrates deep knowledge of medicine but also takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. The Office staff is amazing!
