Staff is amazing! They are patient and took the time to fully explain every test and procedure. I did not feel rushed at my appointment, and all of my questions were fully answered. Highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Manhattan Cardiology at 171A E 65th St, New York, NY. In my opinion, this practice seems more focused on maximizing insurance billing and out-of-pocket charges than providing meaningful patient care. I was referred there by Dr. Janice Cristobal at Medical Offices of Manhattan after my annual physical. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. My doctor instructed me to stop taking my medication and track my blood pressure. When my readings spiked to concerning levels, I tried reaching out via text and phone during normal hours-nothing. I even left an urgent message for the on-call doctor. Days later, I still haven't received a single response. When dealing with cardiac health, clear communication and urgent follow-up can be a matter of life or death. Excellent facility and great staff! I visted Manhattan Cardiology for a follow up visit yesterday with Dr. Gould. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were very welcoming. The nurse was attentive, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions as he knows from the get go that I'll always have follow ups. The cardiology office is great, clean and professional- the GLP1 department is miserable. They are the most unresponsive medical practice I’ve ever dealt with. I consistently have to follow up with them via email 4-5 times just to get a response from someone. Go somewhere else for GLP1 medication if you want to be treated like a patient rather than a part time admin sending follow up emails.
