i have been struggling to find a good PCP and I met with Dr.Kapoor and she was great. She was thorough, asked questions like she wanted to know, my physical appointment lasted about an hour, when every other doctor I have seen has given me maybe 15-20 minutes. Would definitely recommend. They were also very timely, I did not sit in the waiting room for long and they have a lab right next door so you don't need to go out of office for bloodwork. First time patient - great experience. I was nervous after not seeing a doctor for a few years…. However felt right at ease by the clean offices, friendly staff and compassionate providers. I will now be consistent about taking care of my health!

I love coming to this location. The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. And I can’t say enough about Dr. Gelin. He is thorough and specific. He listens carefully and makes strong recommendations to keep me healthy. Kudos to a well rounded and caring staff. I highly recommend MOM 330 58th to everyone that values exceptional Primary Care. Like many of the patients who have left reviews, I cannot stress enough how negligent and disorganized this medical practice is. I have had to go back and forth with their office for over a week just to have my medical records and pre-surgical authorizations shared with two of my doctors and have had to make the same request multiple times because of a lack of internal communication and poor attention to detail. Poor communication and irresponsible scheduling practices. This office cancelled an extremely important Monday morning appointment on the trailing Friday evening minutes before closing, with no explanation and no assistance whatsoever in rescheduling. To compound the issue, their correspondence has been consistently slow and unhelpful throughout my interactions with them. For a medical practice, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when it directly impacts patient care continuity. I cannot recommend this office.
