Absolutely incredible team of doctors and staff. They were able to see me day of for an injury, and were very thorough with next steps. Love Dr. Josephine and PA Sara - such kind and knowledgeable doctors.
Dr. Julian has been my primary care doctor for five years, and I have had a very positive experience with her care. She is professional, thorough, and takes the time to listen and explain medical issues clearly. I especially appreciate her attention to preventive care and her thoughtful approach to my overall health. I visited this office to do a simple hormonal test. This office offered a whole bunch of tests to "rule out all physical issues". I was under the impression that all services would be covered. I even asked the doctor would all tests be covered snd he said yes, stating he will bill under under the right codes. To my surprise I was being charged $2,100 for the visit. 5 star experience. Excellent bedside manner. Listened to everything I said without judgement, requested additional follow up testing (that was done during the same appointment) to address my concerns. Blood test results were returned within 24 hours. Office was clean, front desk staff were friendly, and I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in (as a new patient).
PATIENTS BEWARE - I seriously cannot believe how u professional this office is. The week of my appointment they called me to say there was an issue with my insurance for the doctor I waited weeks to see. This is completely ridiculous and inconsiderate of patient care. As someone that works in patient care myself we call patients as soon as their appointment is made if any verification issues arise. I can tell other patients have had a similar issue.
