Avoid this place at all costs. The high 4.7 rating feels misleading—it’s hard to believe it reflects genuine patient experiences. They require you to keep a credit card on file, assuring you that no charges will be processed without your authorization. However, they later send emails stating they will authorize charges to your card themselves, which feels contradictory and concerning. The doctors seem rushed and unprepared. Amazing medical office! Very clean and modern office with a very broad set of specialties (beyond primary care). I went for my annual physical and it was a superb experience. Check-in was very smooth, the nurses are all very friendly, and Dr. Janice Cristobal was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, kind, and was willing to answer any and all questions that I have. It is challenging locating a great Endocrinologist. However, I have located the best Endocrinologist in the country. Dr. Victoria Finn is fabulous. She is extremely personable. She listens. She is organized and very detailed. Dr. Finn comes to each appointment extremely prepared to address all of your personal concerns, knowing exactly who she is meeting with. I became a patient at this clinic in November 2025. Since then, I have had multiple appointments, laboratory testing, home monitoring, specialist referrals, and ongoing treatment.
