Save your self the time and find somewhere better. My husband and I both went here and at first it was pretty good. Not great but at least we were able to get on the meds we need. But when my husband missed 2 appointments his Dr. Leil Reynolds Dropped him and when he asked if he could get a one month prescription of his much needed meds they told him the don't support drug seeking behavior. Mental health professionals are supposed to be there to understand that forgetting you have an appointment is a very common side effect... read more

I had my first appointment for therapy here today! It wasn’t the best experience. I called the Rexburg office and mentioned that I didn’t have a great experience and asked to cancel my next appointment. I met with Kelly, who was sweet, but it wasn’t a productive therapy session, even being over an hour. The session was telling her information to fill out clinic paperwork for me (like parents birthdays, family health history, etc) and also going through the usual depression/anxiety questionnaire with me that is usual in pape... read more

Nobody here knows what they are talking about or what they are doing. I saw Rosemary Brown and she never once told me any of the side effects of any medication she gave me and also I never had a single month go by where I didn’t have trouble getting my meds, wrote me wrong doses for prescriptions or just flat out wouldn’t write them until I called in to try and fix it. Lael Reynolds is amazing! She is an amazing listener, and validates my emotions! She got to know me and diagnosed my previously suspected ADHD! I have talked to so many professionals who didn’t understand how ADHD presents in females, and gaslighted me when I shared concerns that I had it. She started me on medication, and has been relentless in helping me get the right dosage and type of stimulants to treat my ADHD. Lael is kind and compassionate, and wants to help find the right medications to help!
