Terrible experience!!! Do not come here…My daughter’s appointment was cancelled 4 times due to a $70 bill. 4th appointment psychiatrist left her on hold for 30 minutes saying she owed money. What if there was a crisis and u don’t see someone over an already paid bill? Then billing calls says it’s taken care of and that we have another appointment we never scheduled. Got disconnected and call back front desk says there is no appointment! Worst service I’ve ever had and will not be coming back!

wouldn't send my worst enemy here. From the day I saw Dr. Thapar over 10 years ago I have witnessed them year their clients like pawns. They only want to make money off of you. At my first visit Dr. Thapar let the IT guy in to fix the computer, didn't talk to me, and diagnosed me in 30 seconds. I've seen him make developmentally delayed clients clean up crumbs of the floor while he yelled them. I've seen him violate client confidentiality multiple times. I want to know why my son continues to be scheduled with different people after each visit without my knowledge. I have continued to call about this and attempted to discuss it with Dr. Thapar along with the fact that we have to pay out of pocket for new medication that requires a PA that his staff seems to be unable to provide my insurance company. It’s getting to the point that I can’t say that coming to this establishment is benefiting my child or my family. THEY DON’T CARE.
