Staff was rude, scheduling was like pulling teeth. Staff blames you for every issue. And appointments are more like vague suggestions. We arrived and checked in and did not get called in until an hour and a half after our time. Doctor didn’t seem to care, and we never got our follow up even after asking repeatedly.

Didn't even get a chance to use this Doctor. The initial patient scheduler Sandy or Sandra is just nasty. She asked for Robin. I gave her my correct name. She said WELL YOU SAID ROBIN. (pretty sure I didn't since that's not my name) When called to make an appointment she refused to look up when they got my referral. She told me they didn't have one when in fact they did. Dr Rama is exemplary in her knowledge and patient care. I also call her staff my Earthly Angels. They have been nothing but kind and responsive to me in all situations. I highly recommend Dr Rama

Not the best Dr. I have seen. I found the Dr. rude on my first visit. I would never go back. Now, I am driving 6 hours to go to another Dr. I trust. This Dr. needs to drop her ego and remember her job is one of service.

I had a consultation with Dr. Rama. She was very calm and seemed like a kind person. Her manner was professional yet gentle. She offered me a plan of treatment that was in line with what my other doctor suggested. I agreed with what she said. She did a breast exam on me and was very gentle. I appreciated her gentle touch. I would be pleased to have Dr. Rama on my care team.
