TLDR: Dr. Rama waited over a month to provide us with a stage 4 cancer diagnoses. We got the news two days before Christmas. My mom was diagnosed with a cancerous cyst in her pancreas following an ultrasound in July, further testing at other facilities, and finally a biopsy in El Paso. The biopsy confirmed it was cancerous and recommended we go to Mayo for further testing. If the wait seems long, consider yourself Blessed to be in Dr Rama’s office. From Regina at the front desk, to Jose in the infusion room, you will find nothing but love, kindness and expert care from the entire team. I have been with her for five wonderful years.

Great place, Very busy place Dr Ramafevi was very nice she did not make me feel rushed and listened to me. Highly recommend staff was very nice and very welcoming.

Staff was rude, scheduling was like pulling teeth. Staff blames you for every issue. And appointments are more like vague suggestions. We arrived and checked in and did not get called in until an hour and a half after our time. Doctor didn’t seem to care, and we never got our follow up even after asking repeatedly.
