TLDR: Dr. Rama waited over a month to provide us with a stage 4 cancer diagnoses. We got the news two days before Christmas. My mom was diagnosed with a cancerous cyst in her pancreas following an ultrasound in July, further testing at other facilities, and finally a biopsy in El Paso. The biopsy confirmed it was cancerous and recommended we go to Mayo for further testing. My mom then had a PET scan done (at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ, on November 19th, 2025) to see if the cancer was spreading to other organs. Meanwhil... read more
Staff was rude, scheduling was like pulling teeth. Staff blames you for every issue. And appointments are more like vague suggestions. We arrived and checked in and did not get called in until an hour and a half after our time. Doctor didn’t seem to care, and we never got our follow up even after asking repeatedly.
Not the best Dr. I have seen. I found the Dr. rude on my first visit. I would never go back. Now, I am driving 6 hours to go to another Dr. I trust. This Dr. needs to drop her ego and remember her job is one of service.
Didn't even get a chance to use this Doctor. The initial patient scheduler Sandy or Sandra is just nasty. She asked for Robin. I gave her my correct name. She said WELL YOU SAID ROBIN. (pretty sure I didn't since that's not my name) When called to make an appointment she refused to look up when they got my referral. She told me they didn't have one when in fact they did.
