TLDR: Dr. Rama waited over a month to provide us with a stage 4 cancer diagnoses. We got the news two days before Christmas. My mom was diagnosed with a cancerous cyst in her pancreas following an ultrasound in July, further testing at other facilities, and finally a biopsy in El Paso. The biopsy confirmed it was cancerous and recommended we go to Mayo for further testing. My mom then had a PET scan done (at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ, on November 19th, 2025) to see if the cancer was spreading to other organs. Meanwhil... read more
If the wait seems long, consider yourself Blessed to be in Dr Rama’s office. From Regina at the front desk, to Jose in the infusion room, you will find nothing but love, kindness and expert care from the entire team. I have been with her for five wonderful years.
Dr. Rama has made such a difference in my life. Since becoming her patient and receiving her treatment plans, I have been able to live my life in a way that was impossible before.
Great place, Very busy place Dr Ramafevi was very nice she did not make me feel rushed and listened to me. Highly recommend staff was very nice and very welcoming.
It's so annoying to have appointment at one hour and be attended after 3 hours, there's no respect about patients time. 😔
