DR. ISMAIL and his staff are absolutely incredible. I came to the clinic with severe cold flu like symptoms and felt miserable. They were able to see me in a matter of 30 minutes and called me with my results so I didn't have to wait any longer. With the shots given and the antibiotics I was feeling much better within a day. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care. All the staff were really compassionate and cared about my health. I felt very welcomed
My wife went in with a severe UtI that he confirmed. He criticized the other doctors she’d seen for not giving her the proper medication. That was fine we were happy to try something new because the other hadn’t worked. She paid the copay, we waited, went to the pharmacy, but nothing had ever been called into them. We called the doctors office, they said he processes prescriptions at the end of the day. We waited until after the office had closed, went to the pharmacist, STILL NO PRESCRIPTIONS CALLED IN!!! I’ve been struggling on whether or not I would share my experience with sciatica. But I feel like I should have a voice and I’m not looking for pity or sympathy. If this post is inappropriate please delete it. The last week of December I was diagnosed with type “A” flu. I was sick for a week. That Thursday, I was feeling better. I got one word to describe this office that awesome. The front receptionist is always cheerful and makes my day from the start. The nurses all of them have the same approach they are professional and make you feel like you are human not just a number.Cody is amazing she actually cares for he patients. Doc always addresses my concerns and needs even ask how my family is. Never had to wait on medicine in and out. Ashley goes above and beyond her job and I would not trust anyone else with referrals.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place is honestly ridiculous. Waited an hour and a half to get strep results, the nurses were very rude and not helpful at all. Got the door slammed on me and Left because of how ridiculous it was and Not to mention, I didn’t even get my results even tho they charged me copay. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Funny how you’re not supposed to withhold test results yet they did anyways 🤷🏽♀️if you go here, be sure to have your time and money wasted!
