Where do I start? We walked in the front door and before I could get my Medicare information out they had me headed to an exam room and let my wife do paperwork. Doc took one look at my wound and said I can fix that. She did just that and 30 minutes later I was on my way home with 7 new stitches and actually smiling.
DR. ISMAIL and his staff are absolutely incredible. I came to the clinic with severe cold flu like symptoms and felt miserable. They were able to see me in a matter of 30 minutes and called me with my results so I didn't have to wait any longer. With the shots given and the antibiotics I was feeling much better within a day. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care. All the staff were really compassionate and cared about my health. I felt very welcomed
Dr. Ismael and staff treat me so good every visit! Especially since I'm a widow now they take great care of me! I've never had a bad experience there! Highly recommend them! They show care to patients!
Everyone has always been super nice I seen a lot of new faces on my last visit it is a little hard when you get comfortable around the employees and then your next visit there is all new faces you have to get comfortable around again but I do highly recommend Scottsboro quick Care they are very professional they have good bedside manners and a nurse practitioners are absolutely the best before going to Dr Ismail I was in pain and couldn't hardly walk for many years and Dr.Ismail took the time to listen and with a little time... read more
As a new patient of this office, I thought they were a good office. Assuming a diagnosis is a pretty awful thing for a doctors office to do. Should probably sent referrals for tests.
