Solas is wonderful!! They helped me get my life back, pain free! Jessica is great and really cares. She was tough and kept pushing me until I accepted the help. It took many months until I was willing and able. Jill is also amazing!! They really care and want to help. That is why I'm giving them 5 stars ⭐
I always have a great experience at this office location the entire team is exceptionally friendly, professional and polite, from the moment you walk in you greeted with kindness, and respect. I never had a single issue here everyone goes out of their way that things run smoothly and that you feel comfortable and taking care of… A special mention to jill the manager there…. She’s warm and approachable and clearly cares about both her staff and the people she serves.
I’ve been with Solas since they were named Cary Pain Clinic. I’ve had several Providers since being a patient with Solas and my current and longest relationship is with Jessica Bustos, N.P. Until today I had an excellent experience with Solas Health, and with my doctor. However today everything changed, and not for the better. I was basically called a liar and treated as if I was stupid, and all because my doctor is not nearly as informed as she thinks she is. I find her to be judgmental, rigid and inflexible, not to mention self righteous.
I’ve been a patient at Solas Health for a year now and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with them along with the outstanding help I’ve received from Dr. Jessica Bustos! Dr. Bustos has been an absolute Godsend to me!
