I was very pleased with my initial visit to Viking Psychiatry. They took the time to be thorough, listened to my concerns, and made me feel like they genuinely care about providing the best possible care. Everyone I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and professional. I left feeling heard and optimistic, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment and exploring the treatment options they recommend.
Tried for over a week to schedule with them. Receptionist sends you to Intake Coordinator’s voicemail; intake coordinator leaves you a voice message. You repeat the process day after day, never once given a direct extension or solution for how to get scheduled if that isn’t working. It’s a never ending game of phone tag. I’m sorry, but you earned this review. Do better.
Highly recommend! Didn’t have to wait long at all for them to get me in for my first appointment which is especially nice when dealing with mental health! The staff here is awesome very friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! They truly care about getting you back to feeling your best self!❤️
I’m so glad I started going here. I’m finally feeling so much better! The staff here is very welcoming and always kind! I never once felt uncomfortable or judged here, which is unheard of nowadays! Another plus is they always have snacks available while waiting!
My son is patient at Viking has been for quite awhile. Started in Ft Wayne and has been at the Warsaw office since it opened. Nothing against Ft Wayne's office, but he has enjoyed the ladies in Warsaw, they are very timely and professional. I have gotten to know each of them and am equally pleased.
