Nurse Practitioner Maria Leo is superb at her task. Today she managed maybe 6 patients and responded to all the "beeps" as necessary. Infusion is not my favorite way to spend 4-5 hours. However, makes it bearable!
The staff make me feel special. Greeting me by name and the conversations and jokes make getting poked 5 times not so bad.
Excellent experience doing an allergy medication challenge. Dr. Rosloff and the staff were very attentive and helpful in scheduling and throughout the entire process.

I had a series of allergy shots with new serum to expedite getting to the maintenance level. The staff who attended to me in the Wheaton office were very professional and kind. I was able to speak with Dr. Li about some previous test results. He is an excellent communicator who stays on top of the latest findings in his fields of interest. I feel fortunate to be a patient. As an aside, I have been dealing with allergies since birth.
Customer service was great
The IVIG shot was one time and in. Fabulous. Dr. Li always gives me excellent service and he genuinely cares about his patients. Maria is a jewel. Keep her. She not only does the medical items well, but gives you comfort beyond degree.
Dr. Ward is awesome!!!
