Dr was terrific
The visit was a waste of my time. She said she was sending a prescription which she did not. She essentially said to try over the counter medicines and come back in a month to see how I'm doing. I have been fighting this allergy thing for several months and I have tried several over the counter medicines with no results. You came highly recommended, and I expected more from you..
After a long wait, I had a very nice visit with Shannon, the PA. I did have a not-so nice experience with the patient portal. After registering and filling in pages of information, the system lost all of my info.....I will not try to do this again!
Wonderful doctor and staff. Little to no wait time.
Fast care. One negative is that since they’ve switched management they force patients just coming in for injections to have a follow up visit just so they can bill insurance and collect a co pay for specialist. Feels like I’m being robbed every time I have to go for an injection and pay $55. Makes me want to look elsewhere.

Average sat in the patient’s room for 45 minutes and doctor only saw me for five minutes
The new front desk staff didn't pull my chart so I waited in ther lobby for an hr while other people kept gluing ahead of me. Dr Perez helped by seeing me very quickly once I was finally called back. Lynn also rushed my shot so I didn't have to wait longer. Then waiting for checkout, unfortunately staff was ordering lunch and had to be told to take care of patients 1st. Not my normal experience, but needs addressed.
