I didn't finish my Review.. I Love Solas Health ; Best Clinic I've ever went to. I'm upset about the bill I got the other day because it's $578. It has to be over $500 in order to be put on my report. I had BC/BS of NC & Medicaid (was homeless until I finally got SSI after a few years fighting! I am handicapped, had no income for over 5 years & was destitute so I'm requesting someone please work with me on my bill,,& if there is any special programs for disabled senior citizens please help me apply? Bathroom had no paper towels in it when you try to call them back you had to call all day to get anyone on the phone. They don’t never answer the phone for example, when I left today, I called back and never got them. The phone just rang rang rang rang rang. My name is Johnny Carter. My number is 910-674-2997. They could do better at this facility. I do sit around behind the windows and laughing giggle so unprofessional.

How am I getting help if the dr/ provider doesn’t know what is wrong? 2nd month here and just 5min question about medication. “See you next month” .. no treatment plan made, not one question about injury. just Suboxone. How is this helping?
The wonderful group of people at Solas actually take the time to listen to my concerns and work diligently to resolve any issues I might have. They actually give a damn which is more than I can say about most people including my own family members. They don’t treat me like I’m a number or a means to a paycheck. I wish Mrs Lisa Oxendine could take care of all my health issues. I’d probably start going to the doctor when I got sick instead of riding it out at home and suffering like I do.
