Oversold, under performs, very nice customer service team, however they are outsourced from Pakistan and simply do not know the US healthcare market. They do a fine job at responding to requests - but everything they do is reactive. Don’t expect them to lead you to anything you don’t already know. You will spend significant time educating them on how US healthcare works in order to fix your problems. …and now review filtering! I left a negative review - instead of responding - they deleted it. This is a company that is terrified to be honest and transparent. Run from them at all costs!
Completely oversold on the solution. Sales leadership will do and say anything to get a deal.
