Oversold, under performs, very nice customer service team, however they are outsourced from Pakistan and simply do not know the US healthcare market. They do a fine job at responding to requests - but everything they do is reactive. Don’t expect them to lead you to anything you don’t already know. You will spend significant time educating them on how US healthcare works in order to fix your problems.
