Appointments are never at the scheduled time and that is a hassle. My appointment was 3 hours before it was scheduled today.
Very unfortunately I had to say goodbye to Solas Health after 6 years of helping me manage my very painful fibromyalgia.
When I was let in my first thing I heard was the young lady at the desk talking about a patient and changing her voice to mimic her. That’s unprofessional to begin with. Then I asked approximately how long would the appointment be as I needed to schedule an uber to get home. She didn’t know. That’s fine however after I did the paperwork and screening test and paid they let me sit in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes when I could’ve left ! Unprofessional and uninvolved.
