I have multiple children and I can’t add a child to the account to be able to view all of their medical history. I messaged support through the app and never heard anything back.

I can never actually schedule an appointment through the app. Whenever I select a time slot with my provider (who doesn’t show up on the apps directory half of the time) and click book appointment it never goes through despite deleting and reinstalling the app numerous times. The vitals section is pretty solid as well.

My Dr used to have a CureMD patient portal and was migrated to this useless app, which appears to be a beta version that shouldn't have been released yet. Half of the historical information has a date listed with no year, so it's impossible to tell when it was added to your file. Labs are listed as individual test results that aren't organized in any way. You can't tell which test was part of which set of labs. The actual full PDF results are supposedly uploaded here, but there's no way to view them. Customer service told me... read more
